About the Course

The course is designed to help participants understand how to:

1. Identify the causes of accidents/ incidents.
2. Identify the underlying and rood causes of accident/ incidents.
3. Understand the significance costs to the organization.
4. Conduct a systematic accident/incident investigation report.

P.S The language of the course will be English/Arabic.

Assessment

The assessment consists of a practical assignment.

Certification

On successful completion of the course, the participant will be awarded the Certificate by IHSE Council certificate.

Course Duration

This course is for 2days sessions; include one day classroom and one day as practical assignment. Successful participant will be awarded an IHSE Council certificate.
